B.Sc Chemistry

The department of chemistry was established in 2017 with UG degree to render service to the growing, young and aspiring women community to achieve their goal. The department has well equipped, highly sophisticated lab facilities. It is blessed with highly qualified faculties with research qualifications, concentrating their abilities in organic synthesis, organometallic chemistry, inorganic chemistry and physical chemistry.

Vision

The chemistry department of our college envisions that it will be recognized by institutions of higher learning for excellence in teaching, mentorship of students and in research in chemistry. The department will continue to offer the highest quality undergraduate and will continue to cooperate effectively with other departments to offer inderdisciplinary program like "Water Analysis" which is regarding to environmental science.

Mission

The mission of the chemistry department is to make significant contributions to chemistry research, education and practice. The department provides a creative and supportive admospher for faculty - mentored research and student - centered learning. Undergraduate students are expected to obtain a broad understanding of chemistry. The department provides hands-on experiences with modern experimental techniques and preparing students to enter various chemical industries.
